The Nameless One

Наконец-то работа (хотя бы на уровне статуэтки) окончена. Итак, первая в своем роде (и первая законченная моя работа) - The Nameless One из культовой ролевой игры Bioware Planescape: Torment. Высота - примерно 20 см, пластилин, проволока.

Потом предстоит снятие формы, отливка в пластике, покраска аэрографом. Но Безымянный все-таки получился, да...

Metamorphosis Interlude

Once chapter 1 of Metamorphosis is finished, I will be taking a break until the end of the semester so I can finish my papers and get chapter 2 fully scripted.

I would like to post some interlude things to keep people from forgetting about me. If any of you are interested in writing a brief story or doing a doodle or guest comic during the interlude period, please let me know! If you'd like to make some kind of trade out of it, too, that is fine with me! It doesn't have to be anything serious if you don't want it to be. It can just be a silly story or goofy picture.

Greetings Cutters!

Any suggestions for an inexperienced DM?

I'm trying to run a solo 4e game for my boyfriend to show him all the cool parts of Planescape, and I'm having some trouble thinking up ideas for faction quests.

He's playing an avenger who has come to Sigil from Hestavar, the plane of the gods of sun, knowledge, and civilization. He came there to join the Mercykillers in a well-meaning attempt to help stop the evil-doers of the planes.

I'm running this pre-Faction War, but he's aware of the split of the Mercykillers, and made his character with the understanding that he'd eventually be a part of the Sons of Mercy. He wants his character to become a Justiciar too.

So far I have him running small missions with a few other recent namers until he can be sponsored by a higher faction member. I plan on having him become a Justiciar around level 5, but I can't think of that many interesting Mercykiller missions for him to do at low levels. I've read through a few of the old Planescape modules, and while they were very helpful with non-faction quests, most of the adventures don't seem like something I could convert into faction based quests. My boyfriend has made the Mercykillers such an important part of his character so I don't feel comfortable brushing over them for too long, but I really don't know what they do outside of maintaining the Prison and bounty-hunting.

Sooo... Anybody have some ideas?
